1. Design your project layout and supply Rocket Rack with your install
requirements. We’ll pre-fabricate your support racks to your
specifications, including material composition, length, width and load
rating. Then
we’ll drop ship your racks and rods directly to your installation site
on pallets – with lead times as short as one week – saving you materials
procurement and handling time and money.
2. Simply cut your mounting rod to length, cut and peel back the PVC
coating to suit your install application, and bolt your pre-cut rack
unit together and install it either trapeze style or wall mount. Your
rack is assembled and ready to go literally in minutes instead of hours.
3. Then, using either standoff mounts or common u-bolts, attach your
conduit or pipe according to your layout plan. Rocket Rack’s proprietary
slot allows you to make fine adjustments on the fly – with no
disassembly or re-drilling required – saving you time, money, and
eliminating contamination worries.
